Abstract
Objectives: There are many studies on the resorption of extruded lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by MRI follow-up case study but few are about protrusion. So the purpose of this study is to know the difference of MRI scan on protrusion type after Chuna theraphy.

Methods: The first MRI examination was performed at the first visit suffering from LBP and radiculopathy, and the second performed after treatment. The first image was compared with second one.

Results and Conclusions: The second scan shows clearly disc resorption of L4-5 level compared with previous scan and clinical symptom assessed by VAS was also reduced after Chuna theraphy.
